This 1968 Chevrolet Camaro is a classic built for driving. With a strong small block, cool color combo, and a comfy interior, we bet you can already imagine spending the weekends behind the wheel where your joy comes from the journey, not the destination.
Red always looks good on a Camaro. This was an upgrade later in life, and so it has the look of quality where the deep luster will attract plenty of attention from afar. So you'll be getting plenty of thumbs up from across intersections and it will be easy to spot at cars & coffee. And as people get closer, this one can be appreciated for the black details, like the good condition of the vinyl roof. And the racing stripes are painted on and not decals. More of that sporty style includes the cowl hood, blackout SS grille, front spoiler, rear spoiler, and an upgraded set of 15-inch Rally wheels with extra meaty rear rubber.
The black accenting on the outside is also a nice preview of the inside. It has a good look with a smooth dash, taut headliner, and nice upholstery. Description
Since this is built to be a cruiser, it all feels quite comfortable, and there's even an AM/FM stereo with aux input for the best in driving music. Front bucket seats, a center console in-between, a horseshoe floor shifter, a grippy sports steering wheel, and an upgraded auxiliary gauge trio are all centered around the idea that you are going to hit the road and enjoy this Camaro.
Under the hood is a hardy 350 cubic inch V8. Since these love upgrades, it is a solid build that includes aluminum heads, a Holley four-barrel carburetor, a Weiand intake, an upgraded distributor, and long tube headers feeding the dual exhaust. This is a strong-running machine, and so you have some nice upgrades like subframe connectors and that wider rear rubber that helps get the power to the ground. Plus, the power steering and three-speed automatic transmission are part of what makes this a good all-around cruiser.
This is the iconic Camaro that has sharp looks and a hardy heart. So if you want to be enjoying this coupe tomorrow, you know you need to call today!
