We have a receipt from 2015 for a 383 cubic-inch stroker V8, and this one really has the growl to suggest a performance build. In fact, it this powerhouse is enhanced with Edelbrock Performer RPM aluminum heads, an Edelbrock intake, MSD 6AL ignition, and topped with a Quick Fuel four-barrel carburetor. Long tube headers add even more power while contributing to the rumble of the dual exhaust. The Muncie four-speed manual transmission was rebuilt in the summer of 2020 to give you confident control over this full power package. Also within the last few months, the rear end was gone through, including diff pinion bushing, bolts, diff gasket, new Positraction fluid, strut rod bushings, and a spring bolt kit. It makes for a classic that's ready to hit the road, especially with power steering, four-wheel power disc brakes, and the Corvette's fully independent sports suspension.
