This 1953 Ford Customline delivers classic style, extra flair, and flathead V8 power - and all for quite a nice price.
The two-tone green is a nice '50s-style presentation. In fact, you'll even spot thoughtful detailing, like how you can see a hint of wheel color, and it matches the darker green upper-roof section. It has the right classic details you love, like a stylized front end with plenty of shining chrome, a sweeping side trim line, and even whitewall tires. Also, don't forget to check out the custom pinstriping on the front fenders. This extra bit of flair fits in nicely, because the color-matched bezels Ford had in '53 almost looked like they had frenched the headlights right at the factory. Plus, there are other nice cruiser details, like the color-matched visor over the windshield, bright dual exhaust tips, and Olds-style polished wheel covers.
Inside is a pure vintage presentation, but with a fresher feeling that tells you there was a solid investment here later in life. The well-done headliner, nice carpeting, and striped cloth seating all feel nice while delivering a time capsule vibe. The well-done headliner, nice carpeting, and striped cloth seating all feel nice while delivering a time capsule vibe. The dash is the focal-point of most cars, and so they made sure it's in excellent condition. That means crisp dials, a smooth feeling, and a classic steering wheel with Ford family crest center cap. Even the correct AM radio is still on display.
This is the kind of engine bay you'll love showing off. Not only is this Ford's famous 239 cubic-inch Flathead V8, but also it's dressed to impress with a bold red block, sharp-looking oil bath air cleaner, and an overall tidy presentation, right down to the plug wires. This was also built with driving in mind with well-integrated upgrades, like a 12-volt electrical system and newer radiator. The V8 fires up with a nice tune from the dual exhaust, and the three-speed manual transmission has a smooth action while giving you that classic column-shifter feel.
This is true vintage motoring with that touch of flair you love. So don't miss out on this fabulous Fifties Ford. Call today!!!
