Every control switch and interior light seems to work as intended and as you raise that sloping rear deck lid, you'll see that the trunk area is in the same factory-fresh condition as the rest of the car.

This Cadillac is powered by a 4.1 liter V8 that, like pretty much everything else on the car, has largely defied the forces of time. Situated in an orderly engine bay, it's still in stock form, with no aftermarket add-ons whatsoever, and is a very able-bodied powerplant, propelling this sedan forward with gusto. Sitting just behind it is a 4-speed automatic transmission - by the mid-'80s the inclusion of an overdrive gear was just short of being a given, so low revving highway speeds are second nature to this Seville.
