It's supported by the right pieces, including an MSD ignition, Accel distributor, and a large radiator with electric fans. The TH400 three-speed automatic transmission is a stout unit, and it feeds a Ford 9-inch limited-slip rear end. As you look underneath, you'll also see the rear suspension has been upgraded to ladder bars with a diagonal link and adjustable coilovers. And while this has the power package setup for a quarter-mile king, there's more going on here. It feels more versatile as an all-around good driver with power steering and four-wheel power disc brakes.
