This 1968 Chevrolet Camaro RS/SS 396 tribute is an awesome build with a well-built big block, four on the floor, a comfy interior, and a cool paint package. It makes for the kind of coupe that can really live up to your love for this legend.
The trim tag tells us this was born an Ermine White car. There was even a professional respray later in life to keep it looking glossy and notable, and the finish today makes for a bright driver. Plus, this has brilliant chrome bumpers and the trim package to give it all some added flair. But even with the brightness, this one has a dark side. It starts up front with the RS blackout grille that hides the headlights. This sinister-style black continues on the painted D91 nose stripe, chin spoiler, and blackout rear panel that signals a big block under the hood. The vent trim hood, SS badges, rear spoiler, and rally wheels with a larger rear set are all part of this look of a proper powerful Camaro.
The full black interior looks handsome against the exterior. Part of this attraction is because they get the fundamentals right, including good upholstery, newer door panels, a taut headliner, and a newer dash pad. It has a true vintage appearance, right ... Please ask for the full description.

It has a true vintage appearance, right down to the wood-like trim on the center console and the working dome light. There are desirable features like an AM/FM radio and provisions for air conditioning ( it will need servicing to blow cold again.) And this is a true driver's car. The wood-rimmed Chevy sports steering wheel is mounted on a tilt column. It gives you a clear view of the Dakota Digital gauges that fit in the factory housing but offer a full modern readout package. And the Hurst floor shifter is where you want your right hand to be.
The engine bay shows off a terrific upgrade. The polished details, bold orange block, and tidy setup really put this big block on display. And this 396 cubic-inch V8 was built with the right go-fast goodies. This includes a Holley four-barrel carburetor, an aluminum intake, and an MSD distributor. And the long tube headers add power while it exhales into the dual exhaust. Plus, the four-speed manual transmission is a desirable way to put you in full control. Power steering, power brakes, front discs, and grippy BFG Radial T/A tires complete a solid driving package.
Complete with the owner's manual, this is a true classic that has been truly given some of your favorite upgrades. So don't miss this big block RS/SS Camaro. Call today!!!
