We all love a classic 4x4 like this 1976 Jeep CJ7...but there's a bit more going on here. It has an upgraded look, upgraded suspension, and the power is now a fuel-injected V8.
This CJ loves to show off its upgraded style. After all, the bright red paint has a bold look that also is used or a backdrop to show off all the contrasting beefy dark pieces. The steel bumpers, fender flares, rocker plates, and the 15-inch wheels on the lifted suspension make this a true rugged Jeep. But that's not its only noticeable piece. The doors are the later YJ-style half doors that have both function and distinction. And the new Smittybilt soft top and doors have a deep black look that goes with the other pieces to make this look like an almost two-tone Jeep.
The black and red theme continues inside, and so does the feeling of well-placed upgrades. It starts with the outdoor-ready pieces, like the full liner paint on the floor, a more comprehensive roll bar, and shoulder belts for both the front and rear. Up front there are new Smittybilt bucket seats. Plus, you have a commanding driving position with a tall shifter, grippy sports steering wheel, and upgraded gauge package with tach. There's ... Up front there are new Smittybilt bucket seats. Plus, you have a commanding driving position with a tall shifter, grippy sports steering wheel, and upgraded gauge package with tach. There's even a retro-style AM/FM stereo for upgraded driving music when you're out on the trail.
Under the hood is a tidy look to the classic Jeep 304 cubic-inch V8. It's a torque-filled motor that's made more powerful and consistent by an Edelbrock intake and Holley Sniper electronic fuel injection. There has been plenty invested in new supporting components, too, like the belts, hoses, water pump, distributor, wiring harness, and brake system and hoses. This V8 fires up readily and runs with gusto. The five-speed manual transmission gives you proper control no matter if you're on the street or trail. And when you do take this one off-road, the lifted suspension, Mickey Thompson off-road tires, and two-speed 4x4 transfer case combine to deliver that true Jeep go-anywhere prowess. Power steering, power brakes, and front discs are all there for a solid total driving package.
Capable, distinct, powerful, and affordable - this CJ7 really checks all the right boxes. So don't let a complete package like this slip away. Call today!!!
