There's just something about a '67 Mustang that every car guy can identify with. It's hard to go wrong with slick lines, V8 power and a great stance. Case in point, take a closer look at this gorgeous black on black '67 Mustang.
Originally leaving the San Jose Factory in Raven Black, today it sits drenched in updated, deep black gloss. Although not perfect, its nothing that would keep you from proudly displaying the Mustang at your regional car show. The important pieces are done well: The gaps are good, the panels are as straight or better than they came from the company, and the chrome and stainless is brand new, giving this coupe a high-quality look that isn't just an illusion. Restored with mostly all the original sheetmetal, the trunk pan, floor pans, and trunk lid were replaced during the extensive restoration. There was a lot of time an effort that was put into the exterior and it clearly shows.
Pop open the doors and you'll find a completely restored interior that is classic Ford Mustang. Restored with mostly all the original sheetmetal, the trunk pan, floor pans, and trunk lid were replaced during the extensive restoration. Pop open the doors and you'll find a completely restored interior that is classic Ford Mustang. Fresh seat covers with Ford's trademark "comfort-weave" inserts give the bucket seats a great look, while remaining comfortable enough for long-distance cruising. The door panels are brand new, as is the carpet, kick panels and speakers. All the original gauges were rebuilt and function perfectly in the new gauge bezel. This car also includes such niceties as fully functional R134a A/C and an upgraded stereo system that comes equipped with Bluetooth capabilities so your smart phone will integrate nicely. It's easy to imagine this as your next road trip vehicle. In fact, if you are looking for a car to tackle the Hot Rod Power Tour with, then your search is over!
Under the hood you'll find a correct C-code 289 cubic inch V8 that was recently rebuilt. During the build, the Ford small block was bored .30 over and equipped with a brand new Edelbrock carburetor with an electric choke to ensure reliable start-ups. Covered in the famous FoMoCo blue, the engine looks fresh from the Ford factory with all the appropriate 289 decals that rest upon a chrome air filter. Bolted to the potent Ford block is a 3-speed automatic transmission that sends power to the stock rear-end. A quick look underneath will reveal long tube headers feeding a dual exhaust system, a new gas tank, fuel lines, brake lines, and air shocks in the rear that are currently set on a medium height. Stopping power comes courtesy of front disc brakes and rear drums. In front of those brakes, you'll find gorgeous 17" rims that have been wrapped in Cooper rubber.
The Ford Mustang still stands today as the iconic pony car. Priced to sell, this '67 Stang won't last long under our showroom lights. Call today!
