This 1941 Ford Pickup is a full build with a fuel-injected V8, an upgraded suspension, a comfy A/C interior, and a detailed two-tone appearance inside and out. It's a total package that turns an iconic pickup into one of the most distinct customs out there.
The two-tone red and white is a striking color combo. After all, it gives a classic Ford like this an even more all-American attitude with this Coca-Cola color theme. It was done with care so that the natural lines of the truck were used as the divider. That's why the red draws people in to take a better look at the straightness of the main body, while the white on the round fenders and running board helps bring your attention to the Cragar wheels with meaty rear rubber. And lovers of details will find plenty to talk about on this truck. There's hand-painted pinstriping on the fenders, custom Ford step plates, blue-dot taillights, and headlight surrounds are custom painted in the two-tone. And we especially like the custom truck with the bed. There is a glossy wood that gives you the look of a classic bed floor, but it's really a locking topper that hinges open to reveal a versatile diamond plate steel bed. Even with these ... Description
Even with these upgrades, there are still some great classic elements, too. Features like the bright chrome bumpers and artful grille are all reminders of the timeless appeal of a classic pickup.
More red and white awaits you inside. We especially like the look of the seat that not only brightly continues the two-tone, but it also has a comfortable design with the contoured bottom and well-bolstered individual seatbacks. There are the right touches of vintage style, like the metal dash and two-piece windshield. And the classic "Ford" script painted in white on the red dash is a nice touch. But what you'll really love is the added comfort. There's cold blowing air conditioning and an upgraded AM/FM/CD stereo with aux input. And it's easy to get comfortable with a three-spoke steering wheel, Lokar floor shifter, and a dash dominated by a digital gauge cluster. And the Sniper EFI controller on the console gives a hint of something special under the hood.
The 302 cubic-inch V8 under the hood is a proper blue oval powerhouse. While it's painted red to coordinate with the rest of the truck, it proudly announces Mr. Ford's power with the 'Ol Henry script on the valve covers. It's a well-built motor with an Edelbrock Performer 289 intake, a Mallory ignition system, an upgraded radiator, and Hedman headers feeding the dual exhaust. Plus, the Holley Sniper electronic fuel injection gives you the kind of consistent performance that they could have only dreamed of in 1941. As you look underneath this pickup, you'll spot terrific upgrades, like Mustang II front end and a four-link rear with coilovers. Plus, a three-speed automatic transmission, front disc brakes, and wide modern tires make for a solid driving package.
Complete with build receipts, this is a true custom classic that was made to be driven and shown off. So don't let this iconic and upgraded Ford pickup slip away. Call today!!!
