BUILT 383CI, DYNO SHEETS FOR 362HP, ONLY 276 MILES, VERY CLEAN BUILT HI BOY

I wish I knew where cars like this come from. It's a freshly built (6 months old) '32 Ford roadster with just 276 shake-down and test miles on it. Obviously someone built their dream car, but something changed and here it is. Well, their loss is your gain, and you have a chance to own a brand-new, turn-key rod with a built 383 and an awesome look without the wait.

The body is fiberglass, so no real 1932 Ford roadsters were harmed in the construction of this gorgeous hi-boy roadster. If you're into hot rods, Volvo probably isn't your thing, but the lovely Ruby Red paint comes from the Swedish automaker's palate and looks simply amazing on the Ford's vintage shape. They went full traditional on the build, too, including a chopped roadster windshield, shaved door handles and hinges, and blue-dot '39 Ford teardrop taillights out back. When you see it in person, you'll probably fall in love and you should prepare yourself for stoplight conversations from folks who want to know just what color it is. A billet insert in a '32 Ford shell gives the front end a familiar look, while the oversized headlights make this one distinctive.

As an open car, cloth upholstery is probably a smart choice ... Please ask for the full description.

As an open car, cloth upholstery is probably a smart choice when it comes to comfort, and the bench seat wears black and red velour that's handsome as well as comfortable. Matching black door panels with vertical pleats were period-correct and red carpets on the floor tie it all together nicely. The smooth dash has a billet gauge panel in the center filled with Ford Motorsport gauges with elegant art-deco pointers and a vintage font. A polished tilt column topped by a 3-spoke wheel makes it fairly easy to get comfortable, and the 700R4 4-speed automatic is managed by a B&M T-handle shifter. A hidden button opens the electrically-operated trunk lid, revealing a spacious and usable trunk finished with more black and red carpet.

With about 1800 pounds to haul around, the performance of the built 383 cubic inch stroker is explosive. Built by the pros at Smeding Performance, it features a new 4-bolt main block, micro-polished crank, forged rods, aluminum pistons, and a set of Edelbrock Performer aluminum heads. A custom-ground camshaft gives it a good lopey idle, and induction chores are handled by an Edelbrock intake and 600 CFM carburetor. Shockingly, it makes a very stout 362 horsepower and 442 pounds of torque, all on 87 octane pump gas, all verified by an included dyno sheet. Impressive, no? It's dressed in lots of chrome and polished aluminum trim and sits low in the chassis for improved handling. The long-tube headers feed fat side pipes that sound like history, and the chassis has been painted and detailed to match the body. Neither the front nor rear suspensions reinvent the wheel, offering a dropped I-beam up front and a 4-link on the 9-inch out back. 4-wheel discs are a nice addition, and look great behind those Centerline alloys with Mickey Thompson big-n-little radials.

Fully sorted with just test and tune miles, this Deuce is ready to rock. Enjoy today and forget about the hassles of building your own. Call today!
