This 1964 Chevrolet C10 has less than 800 miles on the odometer since completing a full restoration. They were so thorough that even the undercarriage looks fresh on this award-worthy build. And while you'll love the style, the powerful V8, four-wheel disc brakes, overdrive transmission, and custom interior make this an awesome cruiser, too.
This truck really knows how to announce it's something special right from the first impression. The Alumina Jade is a unique shade of grayish dark green that you likely have never seen on a Chevy truck before. That's because it's a modern metallic color borrowed from Toyota's palette. It has a commanding luster from a quality application and a nice metallic glow. So when the sunlight hits the sheet metal, the superior radiance will showcase the iconic body creases and the stepside bed curves. This sets the tone for a truck that's the right mix of vintage and modern. For example, there were quality investments in giving this mirror-like presentation on the classic bumpers and grille.
And while the trim rings on the wheels are also bright, the real draw is the very modern 18-inch Boss black alloys. The bed has a great look with a traditional real wood floor, but the color-matched liner paint on the sides gives this a new level of rugged sophistication.
The interior continues this truck's thoughtful style. In fact, the distinct jade color continues on the metal pieces inside. And now it's joined by a tasteful gray and black for a harmonized dark style. Low mileage means the full package looks and feels fresh everywhere from the plush loop carpeting to the smooth dash. And we especially like the custom seats with detailed gray inserts. There are well-integrated modern upgrades, like the FatMan insulation and a retro-style AM/FM digital tuner with Bluetooth. Plus, you know it's built to be a true driver with the grippy sports steering wheel. It's on an Ididt tilt column to give you an excellent view of the upgraded AutoMeter gauges.
The engine bay immediately reminds you again of how fresh this build is with the smooth color-matched inner fenders that funnel your attention to the polished components in the middle. But while the motor is quite attractive to look at, it's even more fun to run. This 350 cubic-inch crate motor. It's built with a Holley four-barrel carburetor, Edelbrock Performer intake headers feeding into the dual exhaust and Dynomax mufflers. The 700R4 four-speed automatic transmission is a stout unit that can handle the power and deliver overdrive comfort. It feeds a 3.73 12-bolt TrueTrac rear end. As you're looking underneath the truck, you can also see the powder-coated chassis and all the fresh components. It gives this a confident feeling going down the road. So it's also nice to have good driving features like power steering, modern sport tires, and four-wheel power disc brakes.
