It's easy to fit in with the street rod scene while being unique all at the same time... All it takes is this 1939 Chevrolet Business Coupe. After all, it has the classic big fender looks and rumbling V8 we all love, but there are always far fewer bow tie customs that show up to the party... and rarely are they as nicely finished as this one.
Electric blue and seriously custom... that's the first impression this coupe makes. No need to chop the pre-war steel because with the bright bumpers and forward-leaning stance, this one already has the intimidation factor of a freight train. There's so much metallic in the paint that when the sunshine hits this one, it instantly reveals just how good Chevy could craft its steel in 1939. This investment in bright paintwork also means the kind of gloss that makes a great complement to the billet chrome grille and 15-inch Ridler wheels. The final touches are a few subtle upgrades like sport mirrors and LED taillights to tell you that no detail was overlooked in this car's creation.
Inside are plenty of reminders that this custom build has comfort and quality in mind. It starts with the beige on the headliner, carpeting, trunk, and custom door ... Please ask for the full description.

It starts with the beige on the headliner, carpeting, trunk, and custom door panels that look exceptionally fresh. And those matching dual bucket seats look long-haul comfortable. Not only do they have modern bolstering, but also they are power adjustable to get you into the perfect cruising position. And we love the look of the custom overhead console that houses the modern AM/FM stereo. But this is more than just a coddler. It's a driving machine. You know this from the moment you slip behind the leather-wrapped steering wheel, grab the Lokar shifter, and gaze at the full set of VDO gauges. And that big Sun Super Tach on the dash is a true clue to the performance in the engine bay.
Grab your sunglasses before opening the hood. With so much spent on the interior and exterior, you'll be glad the engine bay is ready to show off, too. The 350 cubic-inch small block looks fantastic with polished elements like the valve covers, air topper, alternator, and master cylinder. And the reason why this all looks so fresh is because the motor was rebuilt around 2,000 miles ago. But beyond just style, you get the substance of performance upgrades that includes an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor, performance aluminum intake, and ceramic-coated headers. While this powerplant makes a great sound out of the dual exhaust, there also is a practical side with components like the aluminum radiator w/electric fan to keep you cool in traffic. And that's exactly how to see this street rod – an intimidation machine that's really meant to be an easy driver. You see it in other features, too, such as the updated independent front suspension with disc brakes. Add in the TH350 three-speed automatic transmission and the grip of BF Goodrich tires, and this coupe is an easy choice for more than just Sunday drives to the car show.
Here's an affordable and distinctive coupe that's ready for everything from your local car show to the power tour. Great paint and great features means this coupe won't be with us for a great amount of time. Call today!!!
