Usually these are more car than truck, but this 1971 Chevrolet El Camino 4x4 goes in the opposite direction. With its tall stance, off-road suspension, A/C interior, upgraded V8 power, this is a custom with the best of everything.
The El Camino is a great place to start with custom work, because it already looks like a custom creation. More than just its tall stance, this one knows how to grab attention. The blue metallic paint has a terrific radiance in the sunshine, and so you see all the well-defined creases that made its muscle cars sibling Chevelle such a legend. Plus, this 4x4 has plenty hints of sophistication with the silver lower panels, wood-like tailgate insert, and all that bright trim. In fact, with the bumpers and upgraded wheels shining like mirrors, you can always catch a glimpse of fantastic brightwork from every angle. But as good as this one looks, it's also still a true truck. That's why there's a modern trailer hitch on the rear.
Inside the festival of blue continues. You get more of the Chevelle's sense of comfort with a wide bench seat, textured door panels, and a dual-spoke steering wheel that gives you an excellent view of the classically long speedometer. ... Please ask for the full description.

Inside the festival of blue continues. You get more of the Chevelle's sense of comfort with a wide bench seat, textured door panels, and a dual-spoke steering wheel that gives you an excellent view of the classically long speedometer. And more than just this car-like level of comfort makes it a fantastic place to spend some time. You even get factory air conditioning and an upgraded AM/FM/CD stereo with iPod input to keep you comfortable.
This Chevy has a mean stance, and so you'll be happy to look under the hood and see a mean motor. It's a 350 cubic-inch small block V8 that has been given a full Edelbrock makeover, including the four-barrel carburetor, intake, shining valve covers, and matching air topper. Plus, this has other go-fast goodies like an MSD ignition and long tube headers. This upgrade in power is not only great for intimidation, but also extra muscle for when you want to use this as a true 4x4. With a two-speed transfer case, HD leaf springs, strong Dana axles (30/44 front/rear), and wide Uniroyal Laredo M/T tires, this one can prove that's far more than just a slick paintjob. Plus, the three-speed automatic transmission, power steering, and front disc brakes make this a solid choice even on the road.
This is a custom El Camino that was built to be more than just a looker. So if you want something both cool and capable – all for a great price – hurry up and call today!
