Description
In terms of muscle cars, the 1960s were a Golden Age of power and style. On the other hand, trucks had the looks and style but not so much power. So, by combining the chiseled and rugged looks of the good old days and a bit of modern tech, this 1962 Chevrolet C10 Fleetside Restomod brings us a package better than anything that could've come off the assembly line sixty years ago. From the outside, its Crystal Turquoise body and white top are complimented by 16-inch American Racing Torq Thrust wheels shod in Nexen 255/65R-16 rubber on all four corners. Up front, hiding behind those beautiful chrome wheels, are a new set of Wilwood six-piston caliper brakes, while a power booster under the hood keeps effort to a minimum. Inside, the tastefully redone tan interior is highlighted by a set of Autometer gauges, a newer 1990s tilt-column, and a modern AM/FM CD player with Bluetooth as well as air conditioning.
Under the hood, the tan engine bay reveals a crate GM 350 cubic-inch engine that came with Vortech heads, hydraulic rollers, and a 9.3:1 compression ratio. That long block was then topped with Edelbrock Pro-Flo XT fuel rails as well as an Edelbrock adjustable fuel sump system. From the factory, that small block Chevy pumps out a healthy 373 horsepower to give a brand new meaning to the term "hauling!"

Riding on a torsion bar and shocks up front with trailing arms, coil springs, and shocks in back, this 1962 Chevrolet C10 Fleetside Restomod has a stance many muscle cars would be jealous of. Combining that with the fact that this truck also sports an eight-foot long bed makes it even more versatile than any of those other pony cars. This truck looks and sounds like it can race just about anything to the hardware store, and then back with a whole load of materials while still looking amazing. Not many other trucks for sale can say the same. Call today!
