This beautifully restored 1956 Chevrolet Bel Air Two Door Hardtop is presented in the same color scheme as it left the factory, two-toned wonderfully in Dune Beige and Matador Red (code 715 as indicated on the car's original body tag). It is an older, high quality, frame-off restoration that has been carefully driven and still looks great today. The paint, chrome and brightwork on this classic Chevy all look beautiful and features the optional accessory front fender bird ornaments, right and left side exterior mirrors and rear mounted radio antenna.
The interior is restored with the correct two-tone red and beige, button seamed upholstery that looks fantastic. A set of retro seat belts have been installed for safety and a Classic Auto Sound AM/FM stereo that matches the dash provides music for cruising. A quality column-mounted Bosh tachometer and under-dash gauges monitor engine functions.

Powering this beauty is a smooth-running 256 V8 engine. The original 2-speed Power-glide transmission has been updated to a TH350 3-speed automatic linked to a floor-mounted B&M shifter. The clean engine bay features an Edelbrock aluminum intake manifold topped with a Demon 4-barrel carburetor and a chrome open element air cleaner. Other upgrades include Corvette finned aluminum valve covers, aluminum radiator with cooling fan, front sway bar, 2-speed electric wipers, front disc brakes with dual reservoir master cylinder, 100-amp alternator and stainless-steel dual exhaust.
