Produced in relatively small numbers between 2004 and 2006, the Pontiac GTO was not only a return to the legendary name attached to the first mid-size muscle car introduced in 1964, but a return to blistering fast performance. These cars were very powerful, with the 2006 LS2 cars being the fastest and most refined of the series. Making this 2006 GTO even faster are some quality upgrades that include most significantly, Lingenfelter cylinder heads.The port and chambers on these heads were carefully designed by Lingenfelter to provide the best combination of high flow capabilities and improved port velocity.
