This 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle is a terrific-looking Super Sport tribute with a shining big block at its heart. But there's more here than just muscle car appeal. With cold-blowing A/C, an overdrive transmission, four-wheel disc brakes, and an awesome finish, there's a lot of total cruiser substance in this coupe.
Glacier Blue is a one-year Chevelle color, and this one remains an attention-grabber today thanks to a recent respray. So it feels smooth with an attractive luster that pops every time you drive this in the sunshine. This bright blue does a great job of contrasting some of the darker Super Sport upgrades, like the blacked-out grille, blacked-out tail panel, and the Mag-style SS wheels. Plus, attention was paid to all the details including the dual power bulges in the hood, wide dual exhaust tips, and raised white-letter tires. There's also quality in the classic details, like the shining chrome bumpers, doors that shut solid, newer headlights, and clean lines. And you may also notice that this is a post coupe. That's because it's a tribute done from the Chevelle 300 line. People seem to like the pillared sides for everything from the added strength to just because we don't see ... That's because it's a tribute done from the Chevelle 300 line. People seem to like the pillared sides for everything from the added strength to just because we don't see them too often anymore.
The black interior was built to be the right mix of added performance and comfort. The upgraded Procar front bucket seats really know how to hug your body. Fresh carpeting, a smooth dash, well-done door panels, and even working dome light deliver the solid classic fundamentals you want. You have the best comfort features, like cold-blowing air conditioning and a retro-style AM/FM stereo with aux input in the glove box. Plus, the newer classic-style dual-spoke steering wheel, added auxiliary readout trio, column-mounted tach, and TCI shifter let you know this is a driver's car.
The engine bay has a nice style with a color-matched firewall, smooth black inner walls, and a bold orange motor with polished components. This is a classic 396/402 cubic-inch big block, and it was built for proper power. That means inhaling deeper with a Holley four-barrel carburetor and an Edelbrock Performer intake. And long tube headers let this exhale with power while also contributing to the sweet tune of the dual exhaust. There's even a newer aluminum radiator to help keep it all running cool. While this is a powerful car, it's also a more thoughtful all-around driver. That's why you have a four-speed automatic transmission with highway-friendly overdrive, power steering, and the superior stopping power of four-wheel power disc brakes.
Complete with service manuals, this is the Chevelle SS tribute that has beauty, comfort, and power. It's time to have some fun and turn some heads with this total package classic. Call today!!!
