FRESHLY RESTORED & VERY CLEAN! 350 V8, 700R4 AUTO, PS, WILWOOD POWER DISCS, WOW!

Roll into the next cruise night with this 1968 Chevrolet C10 pickup, and they might just hand you the big trophy before you even park. Beautifully built, this stylish pickup has all the right ingredients for a serious street machine – excellent paint and body, custom leather interior, fresh 350 V8/700R4 drivetrain - and it doesn't matter if you prefer driving or showing, it does it all equally well.

Few trucks are as good-looking as Chevy's C10 models from the mid-60s to the mid-70s. This one, with its factory stance and sleek two-tone paint almost looks like the epitome of beautiful vintage trucks, with a hotly desired short wheelbase a ton of curb appeal. Of course, the dazzling White on Gunmetal Gray paint doesn't hurt, along with exemplary bodywork to make it look its best. A lot of prep work went into this truck before the paint went on a mere 335 miles ago, with precise gaps and smooth surfaces that show undistorted reflections - a hallmark of quality workmanship and a big investment of time. The result is a glossy, silky smooth paint job that looks even better in person than it does in our pictures, which is saying something because it really jumps off our website. The glass, ...

The glass, emblems, door handles, and other add-ons were all replaced with correct pieces, so its identity remains strong yet it looks very custom at a glance thanks to the body-colored bumpers and oversized alloys. All the bright chrome trim was replaced during the makeover as well, including the stainless side trim that accentuates the fender arches and makes the two-tone paint possible, and yes, even the painted bumpers are brand new, too. A smooth tailgate out back looks a lot slicker without the big 'CHEVROLET' block letter script these trucks were usually born with, but the best custom trick is inside the bed, where custom-stained red oak wood was finished specifically to match the interior. The surface looks like a dance floor, further highlighted with the aluminum Mar-K bed strips and hidden fasteners that are all buried under a high-gloss finish.

While the exterior says muscle, the interior says luxury. A fresh Torch Red leather bench seat with lots of support and style anchors a luxurious-looking cab that's quintessential 1968, but with a modern flair. Finely tailored and expertly trimmed, the red interior is a slam-dunk in the styling department and with new seatbelts, practical as well. The custom upholstery is top-class all the way, with chrome accents embedded in the seat back for a sleek look that would make your Grandpa's Bel Air jealous, and the door panels were covered to match with bright chrome handles and 'Chevrolet' script just above the arm rests. Details like the beautifully stitched dash pad and ornate kick panels are proof that all the small stuff was certainly sweated on this build, and even the plush red carpets were laid with an expert's eye. The original instrument panel is full of correct replacement gauges, and the grippy three-spoke billet steering wheel on the column would look at home in a Camaro. Entertainment is provided via a retro-style AM/FM/Cassette stereo in the original location, and gears are manages via a Lokar shifter with a red leather boot mounted atop the transmission tunnel.

In the horsepower department, this C10 is rocking a lively 350 cubic inch Chevy V8, recently rebuilt and complete with a Rochester Quadrajet 4-barrel carb up top. The motor looks great inside the uber-clean white engine bay, from the orange 'Chevrolet' valve covers to the matching orange air cleaner, along with the Chevrolet Orange engine enamel on the actual block itself. A set of long-tube headers control heat and noise and have been ceramic-coated and polished up to look good virtually forever and there's a giant radiator up front to keep it cool. The great-sounding small block runs great, with endless reserves of torque on tap at any speed and the fresh 2.5-inch dual exhaust system below sounds deep and throaty thanks to a set of Flowmaster mufflers. It's backed by a 700R4 4-speed automatic transmission with an overdrive gear that makes this C10 a joy to drive at high speeds, and it feeds a stout 12-bolt rear end out back that's virtually indestructible. Power steering handles the truck with ease, and with a full set of Wilwood power 4-wheel disc brakes featuring drilled and slotted rotors, this C10 stops on a dime. That lowered stance looks exactly right, with Wilwood C5 drop spindles, new CPP lowering springs front and rear, and new shocks all around hunkering the body down on those gorgeously staggered US Mags C-Ten wheels with 265/35/22 front and 295/30/22 rear low-profile performance radials.

Fast, fun, and stylish, this truck offers an incredible look and heavy-duty hardware for a very reasonable price. Call today!
