With its triple-black package, well-built V8 power, 4x4 prowess, comfy A/C interior, and full convertible appeal, this 1972 Chevrolet K5 Blazer has been restored for those who demand their classics have true distinction and function.
This has been with the same owner for nearly 15 years, and in that time it was restored and then enjoyed responsibly. That's how you get a 4x4 that was built to be rugged, but today the black paint gives you a piano-like glossy luster. The hardtop has a textured black appearance that resembles a classic muscle car with a vinyl top. Chrome bumpers, a clean grille, Rally wheels, and good panels make for a nice presentation. And upgrades like the deeply tinted windows, black sports mirrors, and polished dual exhaust tips have the right amount of attitude you want on a dark heart vehicle like this.
The black interior completes the ultra-desirable triple-black package. And while we love these on muscle cars, this Blazer reminds us that trucks do it a little differently. After all, you still get the individual comfort of a bucket seat, but the soft velour is especially appealing on a hot summer day. There's an inviting feeling to the well-restored ... Description
There's an inviting feeling to the well-restored interior that makes it easy to invite along family and friends. And since this is a full-sized classic SUV, there's plenty of room for everyone and their gear. Plus, there you can keep them all happy with cold-blowing air conditioning, upgraded power windows, a cup holder center console, and an upgraded AM/FM/CD touchscreen stereo with USB and Bluetooth. And the driver's experience is upgraded, too. You have a wood-rimmed sports steering wheel on a tilt column. This gives you a clear view of the Dakota Digital gauge package.
Under the hood is Chevy's famous 350 cubic-inch V8. We were told it was rebuilt during the restoration, and it has the strong-running nature to back up that feeling. It also includes nice upgrades like a Holley four-barrel carburetor, an Edelbrock intake, and newer wiring. The lifted stance, meaty BF Goodrich tires, and the 4x4 two-speed transfer case give you the confidence to take this one up the trail or out on the dunes. But more than just an off-roader, this one will look good rolling down Main Street. So it's also built to be an easy cruiser thanks to a TH350 three-speed automatic transmission, power steering, and power brakes with discs up front.
Here's a full-sized, full-convertible 4x4 that was restored to turn heads on the street and trail. That's why we love this K5, and it's also why we know it's a deal that will be leaving us quickly. Call today!!!
