This 1979 Chevrolet K20 Silverado 4x4 is the long bed classic pickup with a cool look, a ton of function, V8 power, and a comfy loaded interior. And when you see how this one mixes survivor style with all the right investments, you'll really see just how hard it is to resist - especially at this obtainable price.
There's an honest attitude that this one instantly gives off, and that's exactly what you want from one of Chevy's beefiest truck designs ever. The long bed, towing mirrors, 14-bolt rear, bed toolbox, and trailer hitch all continue this feeling of a classic that wants to earn its keep. There's even a gooseneck attachment in the bed. The Cordova Brown and Santa Fe Tan are original to the truck. The finish is far from perfect over 40 years later, but it fits perfectly with this truck's workman attitude that also shows off the well-respected body panels. Plus, we can't help but think about how this two-tone reminds us a little of the GMC used in The Fall Guy. But that attitude may also be because of the upgrades. The mean push bar, lifted suspension, and 8-lug Pro-Comp wheels tell you that this one has not only survived but also thrived.
The interior continues the survivor ... Please ask for the full description.

Description
The interior continues the survivor style look with just the right worn-in but complete style. Plus, pieces like the headliner and working dome light clue you in on the full thoughtfulness of the package. And don't forget, this is a premium Silverado, and so it comes with all the best factory features. It includes power windows, power locks, and the correct Delco AM/FM stereo. There are also provisions for factory air conditioning, but it will need servicing to blow cold again. There's an upgraded steering wheel mounted on a tilt steering column. This gives you a good view of the wraparound gauges panel that includes a handy and rare tach (the trim tag even tells it it's a true factory item.)
Under the hood is a 350 cubic-inch V8 topped with a four-barrel carburetor. It has the same honest presentation as the rest of the truck, but as you dig deeper, you'll see newer pieces, like the water pump, alternator, and a four-core radiator. So the way it fires up and runs also indicates proper care. As you look underneath, you're going to see the full story with newer investments in a Rough Country six-inch suspension lift, new shackle bushings, sway bar bushings, shocks, and body mount bushings. Those pair well with the 4x4 transfer case, manual locking hubs, Pro Comp Xtreme MT2 tires for a true off-roading pickup. There's also power steering, power brake, new brake lines, front discs, a three-speed automatic transmission, and dual fuel tanks make this a solid all-around driver.
This is an interesting, versatile, and loaded classic 4x4. So you know you want to get your hands on it right now. Call today!!!
