What do you get when you mix one of America's best looking classics with a modern drivetrain and upgraded luxuries? An incredible restomod like this 1950 Cadillac Series 62! It's easy to think of a Camaro or Mustang as candidate for a restomod build, but when you take a close look at this Caddy, it's hard to argue the appeal and class that a build like this brings.
On the outside, you can see factory look was retained. There are no outrageous body alterations, no chopped top, and all that glorious 1950 Cadillac trim is 100% intact. Even those classy fender skirts are still in place, and they look fabulous. The paint is a dark burgundy, with a bit of metallic, so it has a lovely glow in the sunlight, and an elegance that is entirely appropriate. The frame-off build lasted a span of three years, so bodywork is first-rate on an already very high-quality car. With the use of bright ornamentation, this era Cadillac's made them some of the most stylish cars on the road, then and now. That chrome presents nicely in show condition, including the massive grille, which probably cost thousands all by itself. Finishing off the handsome look is stylish, chrome wire wheels wrapped in bold white wall ... Please ask for the full description.

Open the doors to a lavish interior that is fully custom, but leaves respect to the original design. Front buckets flank a custom center console and are wrapped in soft tan leather with ostrich skin inserts dyed in a slightly darker hue. The door panels and rear bench have been tailored to match, and even the headliner has been finished in leather for a clean, custom look. The stock dash remains in place, which is a very good thing because it is like looking at a piece of art. It's been updated with electronic Dophin gauges, and an appropriate chrome and leather trimmed steering wheel tops a tilting column, that matches the custom interior perfectly. The driver seat is power adjustable; there's a Pioneer AM/FM/CD player in the console, along with a couple of cup holders, switches for the air conditioning, and a storage bin. It's simply a well put interior that has the modernization you want, with the classic appeal you love.
Motivation for this lovely Caddy comes from a great source, a fuel injected 6.0L Vortec Max motor. The healthy V8 produces enough horsepower and torque to get this big cruiser up to highway speeds very quickly if you choose. It's been updated with custom headers, an aftermarket air intake, and an aluminum radiator with dual electric fans, so you can count on efficiency and reliability. A polished radiator and prominent Cadillac badges add some nice detail to the clean engine bay. The undercarriage confirms the low mileage and recent completion of this build. It's obvious that this Caddy has seen less than 1K miles since completion, as all of the bits and hardware look very clean and fresh. The frame has been powder coated Silver Vein for a durable and lasting finish. It's centered by a dual exhaust system with Dynomax Turbo mufflers, and power steering with power front disc brakes to make this car even more of a joy to drive. As in true restomod fashion, a coilover suspension helps maintain the rubber to the ground.
It's not often you get an opportunity to buy such an incredible build for much less than what it would cost to do on your own. The hard labor is done and multiple checks have been written, now it's time to enjoy an excellent and classy cruiser without compromising comfort. Call today!
