SUPER POWERFUL C-10, 406 V8, BUILT TH400, MODERN BED, VERY FRESH RESTORATION!!

This incredibly clean 1972 Chevy C10 pickup beautifully combines the past and present in a seamless way, creating a trick truck that will undoubtedly get a ton of attention when it hits the streets. Add in a thumping 406 cubic inch engine, a gorgeous interior, and that sparkling blue paint job, and there might even be a trophy or two in it for the lucky new owner.

Finished just about 1500 miles ago, this gorgeous truck stops people in their tracks. At first it's the paint, which is a brilliant blue, but not anything tricky like a metallic, but rather a bold, solid color that will definitely stand out among all the red and black trucks around it. Look a little closer and you'll notice the 1996 Chevy stepside pickup bed, which shockingly enough, seems to match up almost perfectly with the vintage truck cab's character lines. The result is an illusion that's extremely convincing and 100% factory, which is kind of a cool trick. And it's still practical, too, with all the hauling capabilities of a half-ton pickup, enhanced by a spray-in bedliner that wears like iron. Much of the chrome and stainless trim is new, and there are cool custom details like the shaved mirrors which have been replaced ... Please ask for the full description.

Much of the chrome and stainless trim is new, and there are cool custom details like the shaved mirrors which have been replaced by trick peep mirrors up high and a rear roll pan with a molded-in license plate window.

The interior is also inspired by the factory, with handsome black and white houndstooth upholstery on the original bench seat. Moving the truck upscale, there are numerous upgrades inside including plush carpets, new door panels with big speakers, and a slick column-mounted tachometer that also incorporates the usual oil pressure, temperature, and voltage auxiliary gauges into its face. The original gauges are still there, too, and you have undoubtedly noticed the late-model steering wheel that looks exactly right. Entertainment is provided by a Pioneer AM/FM/CD stereo system feeding those big speakers I mentioned earlier.

Nobody cut any corners in the engine compartment, either. The engine is a 406 cubic inch small block, which spins happily yet makes big torque that's appropriate to a truck. With a Demon 750 CFM carburetor up top, aluminum heads, and a set of long-tube headers, it's a horsepower factory, even without the nitrous. It has also been neatly detailed, with plenty of chrome, and an engine block painted to match the body, and spins a built up TH400 3-speed automatic and a beefy Auburn 12-bolt out back. The chassis is clean, and has the right stance thanks to dropped spindles up front and blocks out back, as well as fresh shocks all around. The exhaust system is a work of art and it rides on classic Rallys wearing spinners and staggered blackwall radials.

This is a very impressive truck that delivers in every regard-fast, stylish, and comfortable. Call today!
