Here's an interesting small car, especially if you like to be different. This 1970 Fiat 500L Lusso is very Plain Jane with a white paint job and white steel wheels with chrome center caps. The chrome bumpers and the brightwork still shine, the badges are present and in the correct spots, and the rear taillights are still looking pretty good. The canvas sunroof is a nice touch-it's fun to have and easy to operate. All in all, this Fiat is just a cool little car.

On the inside, you'll find the door cards are in good shape, along with the dashboard and the carpet. The seating has a little wear and tear, but that's to be expected from something built in 1970. Although the gauge cluster isn't large or complicated, it has stood the test of time, and so has the center console and shifter. There's a nice Pioneer head unit with AM/FM/CD and AUX inputs pumping the tunes through a set of aftermarket speakers in the rear deck.

In the back, where the engine bay is, there is a 499cc 2-cylinder engine that mates to a 4-speed manual transmission. Most everything is stock, including the transaxle, manual drum brakes, manual steering, and exhaust system. There has been some mechanical work on the distributor and plug wires. In the rear, there is an A-arm coil-over suspension setup, and in the front, there is just one leaf spring that crosses over from wheel to wheel. The wheels are 12-inch steel wheels wrapped in 145/70R12 tires at all four corners.
