The introduction of the C7 Corvette is big news, but the real story is that it instantly rendered the very awesome C6 Corvette a much more affordable alternative. As they say, depreciation is the original owner's problem, so you can step into this very potent, low-mileage 2007 Corvette coupe for a fraction of the original price.
Technically, not all Corvettes are red but this one sure wears Torch Red better than most. The swoopy C6 body lines were an evolution of the ground-breaking C5's, but it still looks contemporary and most folks will figure you spent your kids' college fund to put it in your garage. And the great thing about cars like this is that they're always cherished toys, not daily drivers, so you not only have just 45,043 original miles, but a car that was probably only driven on sunny days and got waxed at least once a month. It certainly shows in the supremely glossy paint along with the exemplary fit and finish that typifies late-model Corvettes. The nose hasn't been scuffed on steep driveways or beaten up by flying road debris, the rockers weren't sandblasted by road grit, and you'll be hard-pressed to find any significant signs of use on this awesome 'Vette. Of note, ... Please ask for the full description.

Of note, it's a two-top car, so it includes both a body-colored panel and a transparent panel that stores neatly in the trunk area.
The black leather buckets were a huge step forward in terms of both comfort and style. They're well-bolstered, which is a good thing because this car has the Z51 performance package and a 6-speed manual gearbox, so it's built to party. Body colored accents sure brighten up the interior, wrapping around the center stack and auxiliary control pod to the driver's left, making for a very trick look. This Corvette comes loaded up pretty much the way you'd want; in addition to the aforementioned Z51 package, it also includes navigation, dual-zone climate control, heads-up display, and the usual stuff like cruise control, power windows, locks, and seats, plus a tilt/telescope steering column. Yeah, it's pretty easy to like this car and no matter who you are or how you use it, it'll live up to your expectations. Even the trunk is well-shaped and big enough for two peoples' gear on a road trip.
In 2007, the Corvette's LS2 V8 displaced 6.0 liters and made a nice, round 400 horsepower, which is more than enough to make some trouble. The aftermarket has figured out the mysteries of the LS-series of engines, but this one remains completely stock, always a good sign when you're in the market for a good used 'Vette. The engine bay is quite clean, showing off acres of textured black plastic for a high-tech look, and you'll probably find that service is easy on these cars. Backed by the desirable 6-speed manual transmission, it's a lively dance partner on your favorite twisting road and the Z51 setup with upgraded suspension and brakes mean that track days aren't out of the question. As I said, most cars like this don't see much foul weather and the undercarriage of this car bears this out. Optional chrome wheels are really flashy and carry staggered 245/40/18 front and 285/35/19 rear Goodyear radials.
Take advantage of the new model and put this C6 in your garage. You'll still look like you spent a fortune, you'll have a seriously fast car, and you'll be able to enjoy it all that much more knowing how affordable it really was. Call today!
