The finished wooden slats in the bed are secured with polished aluminum strips for that timeless vintage look.

Under the hood sits a 283-cubic-inch V8 proudly displaying lots of Chevy Orange. Topping it off is a four-barrel Edelbrock carburetor and Edelbrock intake. The exhaust leaves through a single pipe before splitting into duals that run through Glasspack mufflers and pokes out on each side just ahead of the rear tires. Power is sent through a four-speed transmission to a 12-bolt rear end with 4.10 gears. Coil springs with shocks front and rear keep the ride smooth, while 15-inch rims wrapped in 255/60R15 Cooper tires provide grip and stability.
