DESIRABLE YEAR, 396 V8, 4SPD TRANS, PWR STEERING/BRAKES, RUNS/DRIVES WELL, NICE!

This 1970 Chevrolet El Camino is a proper Super Sport tribute with a well-built big block and the control of a four-speed. And with the full package giving you the right muscle car/truck style, you know you've found an awesome icon.

The trim tag tells us this was born in Tuxedo Black. It was resprayed later in life to make a good balance between an easy driver and quality shine that show off the straight body panels. Adding to the shine is the well-done brightwork you see everywhere, from the wraparound chrome bumpers to the window trim. Plus, as a proper SS tribute, they gave you all the correct pieces, like the Mag-style wheels, hood pins, Super Sport grille, and bold racing stripes laid on top in a contrasting white. And muscle car people love a true cowl induction hood feeding fresh air to the beast within.

There's more darkness when you open the doors. The carpeting, doors, headliner, upholstery, and dash all have a deep color and clean style. This is done to look very period-correct, so even the upgraded AM/FM digital tuner w/aux input is a retro-style unit. And you'll also appreciate how much a driver's machine this is. You get a dual-spoke sports steering wheel that provides a ... Please ask for the full description.

DESIRABLE YEAR, 396 V8, 4SPD TRANS, PWR STEERING/BRAKES, RUNS/DRIVES WELL, NICE!

You get a dual-spoke sports steering wheel that provides a clear view of the full round gauge package. And the large tach is a nice piece to go with the floor shifter.

The heart of this SS tribute is a proper big block powerhouse. It has the same dark attitude as the rest of the car with the inner fenders, valve covers, alternator, and air grabber. But the 396 cubic-inch V8 stands out in its bold orange. It has been upgraded to inhale deeper with a Holley four-barrel carburetor, and it exhales with a sweet big block tune from the dual exhaust and Flowmaster mufflers. It even feels like there's an upgraded cam for better performance and an enhanced rumble. The four-speed manual transmission means you have complete control over the motor and its soundtrack. And because this has been built to be an all-around solid cruising classic, you also get power steering, power brakes with discs up front, and wide BF Goodrich radial T/As.

Dark, powerful, and iconic, it's hard to resist an SS tribute like this. So it's time to get this stick-shift El Camino in your garage. Call now!
