383 V8, 727 3SPD AUTO, HI IMPACT COLOR, SHARP LOOKING, RUNS WELL, CLEAN & SOLID!

A rare classic truck with a mean big block, bold attitude, and a nice price - that's why we all love this 1968 Dodge D100.

Mopars are always the rarest of The Big Three, and so just arriving in one can already make you feel like you're in exclusive company. But more than just rarity, you want this pickup for its fun appearance. After all, Go Mango Orange is a cool High Impact color usually reserved for muscle cars. The sweeping line that starts at the headlights and runs the full profile is something you'd expect on a 1960s sport coupe, not a workman's vehicle. Plus, the addition of the American Racing Torq Thrust wheels add plenty of speedy flair. But this truck doesn't trade in its usefulness for flash. There is an overall ready-to-work style on this pickup that won't make you nervous about using it to the fullest. Sure, the value price will leave room in your budget if you want to update the paint and body, but this one seems to aim a bit differently. Wide towing mirrors, a proper tow hitch, an HD rear bumper, and long bed featuring liner paint and a soft cover - it's all there to keep this mighty Mopar feeling quite versatile.

Wide towing mirrors, a proper tow hitch, an HD rear bumper, and long bed featuring liner paint and a soft cover - it's all there to keep this mighty Mopar feeling quite versatile.

The interior has a deeper orange and a tasteful gray. Good capering and a newer bench seat give you good fundamentals. There's even an upgrade to an AM/FM/CD stereo with aux input for better driving music. The dual-spoke steering wheel has that perfect vintage truck feel, and the dash-mounted gear selector has the versatility of a floor shift without taking up extra space. And we bet you'll enjoy opening up the side vent windows and sliding the rear glass. It gives you the right breezes through the cab and it also lets you hear the exhaust not even better.

The engine bay is filled with 383 cubic inches of big block power. It has the tidy look of a powerful motor. In fact, this V8 has been enhanced with a Holley four-barrel carburetor, an Edelbrock intake, and exhales through long tube headers that feed the rumbling dual exhaust. This was built to handle the extra muscle with an aluminum radiator and an electric fan. And making sure this power gets to the road is Chrysler's stout A727 Torqueflite three-speed automatic transmission and BF Goodrich tires with a larger set in the rear.

Bold, powerful, and useful, this Dodge D100 is a standout classic pickup at quite an affordable price. Don't miss out, call today!
