A well-placed 20th Anniversary Commemorative Edition sits on the glove box door panel to remind you that this is no ordinary Z/28. However, the open air rushing through your hair will deliver the same message if you don't feel much like reading.

Under that expansive louvered hood, we find a numbers-matching 305 cubic-inch V-8 engine. Stock heads topped with a four-barrel Rochester Quadrajet carburetor send power to the rear wheels via a 700R4 four-speed automatic transmission. A factory dual to single to dual exhaust keeps this car sounding as authentic as the day it rolled off the assembly line. Fifteen-inch five-spoke wheels wrapped in Goodyear rubber hide a set of power-assisted discs up front with drums in back.
