It's believed there was about $13k invested to have an Edelbrock E-Force supercharger professionally added. This was the debut year for the six-speed automatic transmission, which we love for easy automatic shifting as well as wheel paddle shifters to instantly downshift into the powerband. So it still has the everyday easy nature you love in a grand touring Corvette. But when you downshift and prod the accelerator, it unleashes even more fury for pure driving fun. And in all driving conditions, it's great to have the fully independent sport suspension, power steering, and four-wheel power disc brakes.
