SUPERCHARGED 331 STROKER V8, 5-SPEED MANAUL TRANS, PS/PB, CONVERTIBLE, FAST!!!

There's a nice mix of power and poise with this 1990 Ford Mustang GT Convertible. After all, you have some serious muscle with a professionally-built 331ci motor and a supercharger on top. There are even the right investments in the suspension, five-speed, rear end, etc. to properly harness the power. But the overall clean and sleek style also gives this pony car a sophisticated tone that's great to showcase when you don't feel like blowing them all way with your speed.

There is serious power under the hood of this convertible, but we like how this likes to make the first impression more about chic than speed. Light Titanium Metallic is a color that was not often seen on pony cars, but it was a great choice because it gives this convertible a look that holds up in modern times. It also helps that the low odometer is believed to reflect the full odometer. It gives the car a feeling of good care that's reflected in the quality panels. Plus, Mustang fans also know to look for Light Titanium because it was only offered for a couple of years. It makes a car like this distinctive for its style, reverence, and rarity. The black roof looks good against the special titanium paint and so do ... Please ask for the full description.

Description

The black roof looks good against the special titanium paint and so do the high-polished alloys. A good GT body kit, clean headlights, and the classic trunk rack are all about showing off a sharp-looking classic rather than announcing the beastly power under the hood. So this is more of a stunner than a sleeper.

The interior is called Titanium Gray, and so it's a nice harmonizing tone with the exterior. And because this has the clean look and good respect of a low-mileage machine, this one car is exceptional inside and out. You're going to love the bucket seats that look tidy and are finished in comfortable cloth - so no burning your legs on hot days. And as a true GT drop-top, it comes loaded with the best features. This includes air conditioning, cruise control, power locks, a driver's airbag, a tilt column, and an upgraded AM/FM/CD stereo with Bluetooth and subwoofer speakers. Plus, power windows and power convertible top mean you don't even have to leave the driver's seat to go from enclosed comfort to a wind-in-your-hair experience. And speaking of a spirited drive, the added gauge on the A-pillar and roll bar signal that there's something special under the hood.

You'll love lifting the hood wherever you park because all that extra time building this car means you have a beastly motor done with a tidy style. The motor build was done in 2018, and it starts with a 331 cubic-inch block. We have a full $18k list of the build upgrades, and while you can call for the full details, the highlights include, an Edelbrock Performer II fuel injection intake, Trick Flow 170 cylinder heads, an Anderson N41 camshaft, a billet timing set, and ARP bolts. This kind of fortified package is an ideal setup to put a Vortech V3 supercharger on top. This modified Mustang announces its power with a sweet tune thanks to BBK headers feeding into an H-pipe dual exhaust. It's supported even by good pieces like a Melling oil pump, an MSD ignition, and an upgraded radiator with electric fans. The big power motor feeds a stout TKO600 five-speed with a Spec Stage 2+ clutch and Spec aluminum flywheel. The suspension upgrades include Eibach Pro Kit lowering springs, adjustable Koni shocks, reinforced caster/camber plates, subframe connectors, and reinforced rear arms. Add in power steering, four-wheel power disc brakes, and grippy ZR-rated tires and you have both an awesome power and awesome control.

The sale comes complete with the owner's manual packet, title documentation, a service manual, and build receipts detailing the professional performance upgrades. No matter if you're attracted to the distinct style, loaded features, or tremendous power, this drop-top Mustang is going to put a smile on your face. Call today!!!
