This 1977 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am has the vibrant looks of a very cool classic. So it only gets better on an example that has been upgraded to make sure it's easy to show off in more places. After all, with a fuel-injected V8, five-speed stick, and an A/C interior, wouldn't you want to drive it everywhere?
This coupe was upgraded with a bright shade of yellow. It has that perfect kind of vibrant style that may just glow in the dark, and at the same time, it retains the right history by holding close to 1977's factory Goldenrod Yellow. Good panel fit, good glass, and the right amount of gloss deliver the right balance of a sharp-looking coupe that also looks never afraid to hit the road. Of course, the appeal here is also about the aggressive details that make a T/A so sporty. The shaker hood, wide fender flares, fender vents, full-width rear spoiler, and iconic snowflake alloy wheels helped define an entire era of performance Pontiacs. And of course, it's not a proper Trans Am without the hood bird leading the way. Its crisp black and red presentation has a nice contrast against the yellow paint, and it also coordinates with the rest of the car's badging.

Its crisp black and red presentation has a nice contrast against the yellow paint, and it also coordinates with the rest of the car's badging.
The black interior is a timelessly tasteful contrast to the yellow exterior. Newer seat covers, plush carpeting, good door panels, a taut headliner, and a smooth dash give you quality fundamentals. You also have nice comfort upgrades, like the AM/FM/CD stereo w/USB and Bluetooth, a cup holder center console, and cold blowing R-134a air conditioning. It makes for a classic that begs to be driven... In fact, front bucket seats, a Hurst floor shifter, a sports steering wheel on a tilt column, and crisp/clean gauges are all there to make sure you have a great driver's coupe.
Under the hood is the big 6.6-liter (400ci) V8. The motor has a clean look of proper care and investment. And as you look under the iconic shaker you'll spot the best upgrades. You now have an Edelbrock intake topped off with a Holley Sniper electronic fuel injection system. So this one runs with the added power and consistency of a proper EFI machine. And not only do you get an enhanced motor, but there's also enhanced control thanks to the Tremec 3550 five-speed manual transmission upgrade. Plus, with power steering, power brakes, front discs, and the Trans Am's reputation as a sharp-handling car this is an all-around easy driver.
This Pontiac is upgraded in all the best ways while never losing the look or feel that makes the Trans Am a legendary classic. So don't miss this deal. Call now!
