351 V8, 3-SPEED AUTO TRANS, PWR STEER/BRAKES, DUAL EXHAUST, MACH 1 TRIBUTE!!!

This 1973 Ford Mustang Mach 1 Fastback Tribute is about choosing your own adventure. It has the sleek black look you love and a properly upgraded small block under the hood. So it's already exciting at a solid price like this. And it's that added value that leaves room in your budget for the next step. So dig into the details about a cool-looking coupe that uses its style for some serious potential.

Some people just get it... The 1973 car was the last of the first generation. It had grown to be a larger car than the original pony, and that works well for those of us who love Detroit/Dearborn iron. Where the original coupes were described as the secretary's car, this one has the long lines of the boss who wants to own the road. The black paint is a later upgrade that looks right on the long hood and fastback-style rear. There's a nice gloss, but this car has an overall personality that lets you know it was made to be driven. After all, the addition of more modern Mustang 17-inch alloys let you fit better sport tires. And we love the Mach 1 upgrades that add the power dome hood with twin scoops, gray side stripes, bright dual exhaust tips, and a full-width rear spoiler.

Description

The interior continues the cool black look, and it upgrades the style with the right white accents. For example, the high-back bucket seats stand out more, and you can really see the iconic pony emblem in the headrests. And the side panels have a cool/custom style to match. You can find areas to improve, freshen, or upgrade, but it's nice to see this already has a proper driver's heart. The armrest center console and sports steering wheel make this one instantly comfortable to go for a drive.

Under the hood is a hardy Ford small block. The air grabber callout says this is a 351 cubic-inch V8, and the markings support this. It has been upgraded with an Edelbrock suite that includes an AVS2 four-barrel carburetor, an aluminum intake, and polished valve covers. There are further upgrades like the Accel SuperStack coil, new plug wires, and a new battery. Plus, this mighty V8 exhales with added power and rumble as the headers feed the glasspack style dual exhaust. And this is built to be an all-around good cruiser with a three-speed automatic transmission, power steering, power brakes, front discs, and upgraded tires.

Complete with service manuals, this is a fun pony car coupe that gets your mind racing. Do you give it a tune-up and hit the streets? Make this your base for a restomod project? This coupe opens up the door to many possibilities, and you likely already have a dream in mind for it. So don't miss this deal, call today!
