This 1985 Chevrolet C10 Silverado is attractive for its shining metallic paint, sporty stance, crate V8, and comfy and loaded A/C interior. The maroon metallic paint on this truck has a nice boldness and depth. This might be a terrific classic American pickup, but the color is actually borrowed from a more modern Nissan palette. The paint shows off the straight sheet metal, and in fact, you'll notice an all-around well-respected style. The consignor got this pickup from his uncle Jack who had it since new. The whole truck is a nice mix of a well-respected classic and plenty of distinct upgrades (it was even originally a long wheelbase model.) But one of the best places to see the full blending is the interior. The original bench seat was swapped in favor of dual leather buckets and a center jump seat that folds into a center console. The door panels, headliner, and dash all have an attractive look of a solid investment, too. There are nice factory features like power windows, power locks, and cruise control. This is joined by worthwhile upgrades like the AM/FM/CD stereo with Bluetooth, a powered subwoofer, and remote door openers. And the factory air conditioning is now using modern R134a refrigerant to blow nice and cold. The upgraded Chevy steering wheel is on a tilt column, and that gives you a clear view of the gauge panel.

Under the hood is tidy small block power, and in fact, this is a fresher setup with a 350 cubic-inch crate V8. It has been built to be a stout setup with a Holley four-barrel carburetor and Hedman headers feeding into a dual exhaust and Flowmaster mufflers. The TH350 three-speed automatic was built to be a power driver with a Hughes torque converter and a B&M lockup controller. Plus, you have power steering, power brakes, front discs, and modern sport tires make for a confident and easy cruiser.

The sale comes complete with the owner's manual and title documentation. That's particularly nice because this truck was first owned by Jack Daniels... it's obviously not of the whiskey fame, but it does make for a great excuse to bring up this truck's one-family history.
