396CI V8, TH400 3SPD AUTO, PWR STEER/BRAKE, CLEAN IN/OUT, RUNS/DRIVES WELL, NICE

This 1968 Chevrolet Camaro SS Tribute is an awesome build with a bold style, desirable upgrades, and a well-done big block under the hood.

The paint immediately grabs your attention. The blue has a nice metallic element that looks terrific every time the sunshine finds the sheet metal. And speaking of the body, straight panels and quality coverage really make for an irresistible combo. That's especially true when the chrome bumpers are shining, too! Even the headlights glow a little more thanks to half chrome covers. But there's a meaner side to this pretty car, too. It has a true SS style with the chin spoiler, SS blackout grille, and full-width rear spoiler. Plus, they painted the racing stripes on top. And those Ridler torque thrust style wheels are staggered 17/18-inches front/rear for an added sporty stance

The sea of blue continues with the interior, and so it makes for a distinctive package inside and out. The fundamentals are good with good upholstery, attractive side panels, and even the right trunk mat. This has a classic look everywhere with nice details, including the wood-like trim and a working Delco AM radio. But what you'll really appreciate is how this is an ideal ... Description

But what you'll really appreciate is how this is an ideal driver's setup. Front bucket seats, a center console in-between, and a horseshoe floor shifter for you to grab. The grippy classic SS steering wheel gives you a clear view of the gauges, and now there is a tach mounded right in the center.

You'll love the tidy presentation of big block power nestled within the black fender walls. We're told the restoration took place in 2006, but the level of cleanliness also tells the story of good care ever since. The chrome valve covers, bright air grabber w/callouts, bold block all look quite tidy and powerful. Plus, this 396 cubic-inch V8 has nice go-fast goodies like a four-barrel carburetor and an Edelbrock Performer intake. There are even good supporting components like an aluminum radiator to help keep the full package running cool. The TH400 three-speed automatic transmission is a stout unit that can handle this big power while also delivering an easy cruising feeling. The same goes for the power steering, power brakes, front discs, and modern sport tires afforded by the wheel upgrade.

This vehicle has a "rebuilt" title status. Complete with owner's manual, this is a desirable, powerful, and upgraded Camaro. So if you love driving your classic, you already know this is the icon that's done right and priced right. Call now!
