COOL CORONET 500, 318 V8, 3-SPEED AUTO TRANS, FRONT DISC BRAKES, CLASSIC MOPAR!!

This 1965 Dodge Coronet 500 has the distinctive hardtop style we love wrapped in Mopar rarity. So you're looking at a very cool V8-powered coupe with the kind of distinction usually reserved for more expensive cruisers, this you value-price attention-getter.

Dodges of the 1960s really hit a sweet spot. We all know Mopar made fewer cars than Ford or GM, but these also weren't small-batch exotics. It means there are far fewer Coronets in most vintage car circles (if any at all) but you can still source the parts for this just as easily as most mainstream classic coupes. And it wasn't just the numbers that Dodge had going for it. They produced cars with the kind of style that gave them a premium appearance. After all, hardtops were coming into fashion during this era, and so this Coronet has a valued cantilever roof and open glass to make you think Frank Lloyd Wright helped with this Dodge. And there are terrific details, like how the rear bumper is notched to fit the license plate, and the crisp crease of the front fenders end in the classic dodge tri-star insignia. And you get to appreciate this style because the exterior is particularly well presented with good sheet metal, complete ... Please ask for the full description.

And you get to appreciate this style because the exterior is particularly well presented with good sheet metal, complete trim, correct badging, and a creamy white color that retains a good gloss. Plus, those 17-inch Coys wheels add some extra distinction and a terrific stance.

The black interior shows off plenty of style and size. So while the 1965 redesign was for an intermediate car, you can see that there's plenty of comfort for even adults in the rear. The door panels, dash, steering wheel, and almost every detail looks factory. So while there is room for improvement, many of us will marvel at a true 1960s design. Even with this vintage vibe, there is one interesting addition that certainly makes an even better cruiser: cruise control. And this Coronet coupe is made to be a driver. That's why you have front bucket seats and a center console w/shifter in-between.

This 318 cubic-inch V8 has an honest style in the engine bay. It's always nice to have V8 power, and as you dig deeper, you'll see this hardy motor even has a newer dual-barrel carb. There are more good investments on display, like a new battery, newer spark plug wires, and a newer exhaust and muffler. So while this is a good candidate for a big Hemi upgrade, you also have some good fundamentals already in place. There are even nice driving updates like front disc brakes and grippy modern tires afforded by the wheel upgrade.

A distinct and complete style headline this hardtop classic. That's what makes it a great coupe with a ton of potential. Call today!!!
