This 1954 Chevrolet 3100 is one of the coolest ways to represent the final evolution of the legendary Advanced Design pickups. After all, it has an unmistakable vintage style inside and out. But with upgrades like a five-speed, modern wheels/tires, four-wheel disc brakes, and more, it's also built to be a fantastic classic cruiser.
The 1954 pickup got a new front end that lasted for less than two years. It gives the Advanced Design's last couple of years a true distinction. So this one love to showcase it with a cool gunmetal gray finish that really lets it stand out. And the bumpers were done to match for a distinct but coordinated appearance. Adding to this truck's unique flair is also an upgraded set of 17-inch polished Ridler wheels. But even with the upgraded nature, you can also tell this is a true classic. The beige paint has an absolutely old-style pickup finish that gives it the right hint of workman attitude. And this theme of ruggedness and vintage come together nicely in the truck bed with line paint on the wall and real lumber on the floor.
The interior looks almost like a time machine. The classic bench, door panel inserts, and headliner have been done in a classic ... Please ask for the full description.

The classic bench, door panel inserts, and headliner have been done in a classic brown that looks good against the exterior-matching beige. The tall gearstick, vintage gauges, and large/grippy steering wheel all have that ideal 1950s pickup feel. In fact, only the most observant would notice that the carpeting is a nice upgrade in comfort, and so even that never takes away from a true old-time atmosphere.
When you open the hood, the bold blue block lets you immediately recognize the desirable and hardy Chevy inline-six. This 235 cubic-inch motor is an era-correct powerhouse, but keen eyes will notice the right upgrades. This includes a 12-volt system and an alternator. It makes for a stronger package that fires up eagerly and loves to run. You have the classic pickup suspension to give you the right hint of vintage feeling going down the road, but you'll also find this pickup far more useful than stock. The upgraded five-speed manual transmission gives you better ratios to get the most out of the motor. And the grip of modern tires and stopping power of four-wheel power disc brakes gives you plenty more confidence going down the road.
Complete with owner's manual, this is the true classic that's also truly a great driver. So if you want to enjoy the vintage pickup experience to the fullest, don't miss this Chevy. Call now!
