With its sinister-style dark presentation and growling big block V8 power, this 1971 Chevrolet El Camino SS 454 has the attitude you're going to love. And when you see the little extras, like the bucket seat interior, it proves this is the classic car/truck you've been waiting for.
This is a good-looking muscle machine. After all, it shares the face with one of the most iconic vehicles to hit the road: the '71 Chevelle SS. In fact, the Super Sport style is strong on this one with an intimidating first impression that includes the blackout grille w/SS badging, cowl hood, and white racing stripes painted on top. The glossy black paint adds to this mean attitude. Combined with the good sheetmetal and panel fit, it has the right look you want for a quality classic. Plus, it has plenty of classic American brightwork with the chrome bumper, upgraded 15-inch wheels, and a full trim package that highlights the El Camino's unique truck bed.
The dark intimidation continues inside. The carpeting, headliner, and dash have that deep black appearance of quality. There are even nice details, like the factory air conditioning controls (it will need components and servicing to return the function.) ... Please ask for the full description.

There are even nice details, like the factory air conditioning controls (it will need components and servicing to return the function.) Plus, the upgraded bucket seats offer plenty of comfort with wide headrests and good bolstering. And this one really likes being a driver's machine. You have a center console with horseshoe shifter, three spoke sports steering wheel on a tilt column, an auxiliary readout trio, and a sporty SS-style gauge pack that includes a large speedo and tach.
This El Camino truly has a dark heart with a well-built 454 cubic-inch V8. Not only is the big block finished in black, but also the air grabber, intake, and other details for a distinct and attractive style. More than just look nice, you have some pretty nice power, too. It's upgraded with a Holley four-barrel carburetor, Edelbrock intake, and Doug's headers that flow into the rumbling H-pipe dual exhaust. There's even nice supporting components such as MSD ignition and aluminum radiator with dual electric fans. The TH400 three-speed automatic transmission is both a strong and stout unit, and that feeds a beefy 12-bolt rear end. Plus, with power steering, power brakes w/discs up front, and wide BF Goodrich T/As, this is a solid all-around driver.
Complete with build receipts, this is the iconic classic with big block power and a terrific mean-streak look. When something this desirable is also so affordable, you don't want to miss out. Call now!
