CHASSIS & DRIVE TRAIN SWAPPED 5.7L HEMI V8, 4SPD W/OD TRANS, RUNS/DRIVES AWESOME

Is this a rare pickup? A cool air conditioned restomod? A Hemi V8 fuel-injected machine? As it turns out, this 1971 Dodge D200 is all of that and much more.

Mopars are always the rarest of The Big Three, and so just arriving in one can already make you feel like you're in exclusive company. But more than just rarity, you want this pickup for its well-done mix of classic patina with the right hint at the modern machine within. The khaki blue paint looks like it was aged out in the farm field for decades before a clearcoat sealed up the worn-in style. And the wood on the bed floor looks like they took it straight off the barn. So this long bed pickup has a true workmen first impression that's absolutely irresistible. But then you start to notice something more. The deleted front bumper now has a sporty lip in its place, and the rear has a flush roll pan that's notched for the dual exhaust. The white almost gives this a classic two-tone look. The full-length striping matches the roof, and it subtly hints at the HEMI power within. Even the classic looking white wheels are stealthy larger 20-inch units to accommodate modern performance tires.

One peek inside and you instantly know ... Please ask for the full description.

The khaki blue paint looks like it was aged out in the farm field for decades before a clearcoat sealed up the worn-in style. Even the classic looking white wheels are stealthy larger 20-inch units to accommodate modern performance tires.

One peek inside and you instantly know this is a far more modern build. The door panels might keep the classic patina style, but everything else is upgraded. After all, they never gave you these kind of high-back bucket seats in the 1970s. Not only does the jump seat middle fold-down into a center console, but also your seat power adjusts to the ideal position. This was borrowed from a 2005 Ram truck, and it really hints at more of the upgrades you're going to see. The dash is more modern Dodge, too, including a tilt steering wheel and full gauge package. There are even modern conveniences like cold-blowing R134a air conditioning and an AM/FM/CD stereo with USB and Bluetooth.

But if you want to instantly tell the world how special this one is, just park it at your favorite car show and open the hood. After all, you'll love watching people discover just how modern this truck really is. It's a 5.7-liter HEMI V8, and this fuel-injected motor was rated at an impressive 340 horsepower right from the factory. More than just powerful, this restomod was done to also be practical and comfortable. The Ram's four-speed automatic transmission w/overdrive was installed, too. In fact, as you look at the undercarriage photos, you'll spot the full frame and suspension from the '05 Ram! That makes for a both a stout and superior driver. It includes a comfortable independent front end, power steering, four-wheel power disc brakes.

Complete with owner's manual, this is one of those awesome one-of-a-kind restomods you've always dreamed of driving. And for one lucky person, it becomes a reality as early as tomorrow. Call now!
