This 1959 Chevrolet 3100 Apache has been built to be a cool cruiser with a touch of street machine appeal. So check out everything from the upgraded small block V8 to the desirable big back window, and you'll discover a very cool and custom setup.
The Apache line of Task Force trucks remains desirable for their outstanding design. You get the quad headlights and rounded features you'd expect in the cars. But this was also unmistakably a truck with a tall/imposing stance and the rounded stepside bed. This one is done in a more modern maroon, but it also has a touch of that workman/patina feel that's popular today. So it strikes the right balance of a true truck and a custom machine. In fact, its individual style is furthered with the color-matched pieces like the grille, wheels, and windshield sunshade. And the best place to see the kind of style and substance this ruck puts forward is in the truck bed. It has rugged liner paint on the sides, and while they still kept the classic real wood bed floor, it now has later/upgraded lumber and slats.

Description
The interior takes the right vintage pieces and also gives you plenty of upgrades. It starts with the seat that's done in a cool maroon and cream two-tone that even gives you cool contrast piping. The door panels are done to match with a custom bow tire insert announcing this Apache model. And other pieces like the metal components and soft dash pad were also done to coordinate in maroon. And you can see it all so well because the desirable big back window with wraparound rear glass lets in a ton more light to the cab. Vintage elements like the fan-style speedometer were left on display. But this one really goes for a driver's truck attitude with the wood-rimmed sports steering wheel, upgraded shifter, and an auxiliary gauge trio under the dash. There's even an AM/FM/CD stereo with a flip-up head unit and Bluetooth to give you upgraded driving music.
Under the hood is proper small block power. It's a 350 cubic-inch V8 that has been upgraded with a Holley four-barrel carburetor, an Edelbrock intake, and a nice-sounding dual exhaust. Because this was built to be a cruiser, you get a smooth-shifting three-speed automatic transmission. It's also been upgraded further with easy driving features like power steering, power brakes, front discs, and modern Bridgestone tires.
This is the rare Apache truck with a distinct custom package that makes it a truly interesting cruiser. And the big back window is something we all look for. That's why you know you can't resist this deal. Call today!!!
