This took one of their best motors, the 5.5-liter fuel-injected V8, and it was shoehorned into the engine bay of one of their smallest vehicles around. It knows how to be a comfortable cruiser like a proper Mercedes should be, but a quick prod of the accelerator awakens a true V8 rumble. The full 355 horsepower gets unleashed, and the sport-tuned independent suspension makes this a road-carving drop-top. Another great AMG upgrade is 7G-Tronic transmission. It's a normal automatic when you want leisurely cruising, but the paddle shifters will let you tick through the gears faster than a manual when it's time for some backroads fun. This one also has been given some terrific investments. This includes over $3k for servicing the four-wheel disc brakes and $2,500 for a major service including new engine mounts. Plus, the pricey $$$$ and grippy Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+ tires only have about 3k miles on them.
