This 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu has a terrific vintage style with just the right amount of fun driver upgrades mixed in to make it the one you'll want to take out every weekend. After all, who doesn't love a fastback hardtop with sold small block power under the hood?
This coupe likes to stay a premium Malibu with a nice clean style. But it's hard not to notice the sporty style that comes with upgrades like the cowl hood, black background grille, and the deleted badging. And the Rally wheels have a wider rear set of tires just to give the aggressive stance. Even the paint is a sporty Lemans Blue. So the overall impression is a classic hardtop that also likes to have some fun. That's what a driver's classic is all about. If you're looking for more, all it would take is a professional detailing to unlock additional shine from the paint and bumpers, but we like what this one already represents. It's a powerful icon that's not afraid to hit the blacktop, and it looks good doing it.
The blue interior is a particularly nice look against the blue exterior, and that's the kind of color combo you like to see in a Malibu. It gives this coupe a harmonious style that represents the 1960s ... Please ask for the full description.

It gives this coupe a harmonious style that represents the 1960s well. The seat covers, headliner, and carpeting have a feeling of fresh investment. But it retains vintage style, right down to the Delco AM radio that's still on display. This even appears to be a factory air conditioning car. Many of the components are still in place, but it would need completion and servicing to blow cold again. And so while you may choose to update/personalize for a better cruiser, there are already attractive items in place. In fact, the wood-rimmed steering wheel, power steering, and upgraded auxiliary readouts already make this a better driver experience.
The reason why we keep getting back to the idea of a driver's classic is because of what's under the hood. This has a year-correct 350 cubic-inch small block, but it's not the bold Chevy orange on the V8 that has your attention. You can see this was upgraded for added power with an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor, an Edelbrock intake, and long tube headers that feed the dual exhaust and Flowmaster mufflers. It's a solid package where you will even spot newer supporting components like the aluminum radiator with an electric cooling fan. The motor fires up readily, idles smoothly, and runs strong. So it's a good companion for the road. That's why you also have nice driving features, like the three-speed automatic transmission, power brakes, upgraded rear sway bar, newer shocks/springs, and new BF Goodrich T/As.
This hardtop takes an iconic style and gives it added distinction and power. So when you can get a stylish driver-ready V8 classic with all the right features, you know this Malibu is the one you want. Call today!!!
