The 2005 Cadillac CTS-V was a factory hot rod built into true Caddy luxury. The power seat adjusts to your ideal driving position; the leather-wrapped sports steering wheel adjusts to give you an excellent view of the crisp gauges; and the stick shift falls where you want your right hand to be. This is truly a modern sports sedan.

The CTS was made to go hunt down the German cars, and the V-series was out to play with the BMW M-Series and Mercedes AMG models. So Cadillac decided to upgrade its power by borrowing the ultra-hot motor from the Corvette Z06. The 5.7-liter LS6 motor is believed to be original to the car, and it absolutely looks pristine in the engine bay. The fuel-injected powerhouse was rated at 400 horsepower when new, and there's even a K&N cold air induction to give you an extra bump in power. There's an upgraded shifter kit that connects to a RAM Clutch flywheel and clutch package that upgrades the control and feel of the Tremec T56 six-speed transmission. Cadillac beefed up the fully independent suspension at the factory, but this one takes it a step further with a BMR anti-wheel hop kit and BMR pinion brace. Add in Brembo four-wheel power disc brakes, drilled & slotted rotors, grippy ZR rated tires, and a limited slip read end, and this is all about big power and big control.
