#'S MATCHING 400 V8, 4SPD TRANS, PWR STEER/BRAKE, RUN/DRIVE GR8, WELL CARED FOR!

A real-deal 1967 Pontiac GTO with its numbers-matching 400 V8 is already quite attractive. Plus, this one has been given a long list of recent investments to make sure that it's both quite correct and a true muscle machine with four-on-the-floor.

Regimental Red is a bold color worthy of the daddy of all muscle cars. The factory-correct color was given a respray in 2014, and when you pay for quality, it lasts. That's why there's a nice shine that highlights the first-gen GTO's Coke-bottle styling (the black pinstripe does a fantastic job of that, too.) Of course, everybody knew not to mess with the GTOs by '67, so Pontiac gave it bold touches like the vertical stacked headlights, mesh grille, big chrome bumpers, hood scoop, and narrow sporty taillights shared with the best Pontiacs on the road. The details are right, from the badging to the Rally II wheels. And everything from the quality of the sheetmetal to the way to doors close with confidence really let you know this has been treated with the proper care and respect.

The black convertible top goes good against the red paint and black pinstripe, and new seals mean it fits nicely. And when you power it down, the full black ... Please ask for the full description.

And when you power it down, the full black interior gives you this same desirable color combo. The trim tag even tells us the car was born this way! It looks exceptionally fresh and nice, because everything from the upholstery to the door seals were replaced within the last few years. Vintage details are even working nicely, like the AM radio and heat/defrost sliders. As you slip into the bucket seat, this GTO gives you the perfect mix of performance and luxury. The wood-like trim still looks great across the dash, three-spoke steering wheel, and center console. The four round gauge layout looks positively European, and the large tach goes particularly well with the Hurst shifter.

Under the hood is the numbers-matching 400 cubic-inch V8. It has a nice presentation with polished components, the correct Pontiac turquoise on the block, and an overall tidy appearance. This also received plenty of recent investments in new components, including the water pump, timing chain, seals/gaskets, wires, fan, distributor, alternator, and Holley four-barrel carburetor. It means this big V8 is both strong and smooth. Plus, the Muncie M20 four-speed manual transmission was rebuilt in 2019 to give you confident control over this V8. There's power brakes, a new power steering pump, and a rebuilt front end to keep this GTO an easy driver.

The sale comes complete with the reproduction window sticker, owner's manual, build receipts, and PHS Documentation. It's an all-around sleek and solid muscle car convertible that can be your if your quick enough to grab it. Call now!
