GREAT DRIVER! 350 V8, AUTO, PS, PB, FRONT DISC, BUCKETS/CONSOLE, FACTORY PAINT

This 1978 Chevrolet Nova has a cool vintage sense of style. But it also doesn't take much to see there's been a solid investment in upgraded power. The result is a classic that's a bit of a sleeper and an all-around fun driver.

These fourth-gen Novas are cool cars. They seem to take the lessons learned from their predecessors to give us one of the most attractive designs of the series. It means that it is a smaller car that always looks far more substantial. The large flat nose, formal roof design, large chrome bumpers, and long trunk lines give it a Malibu kind of impression. But the lighter weight has always made them ripe for speedy upgrades. While the V8 in this is enhanced (and we'll tell you more about that in a moment,) the style somewhat underplays the power. The factory-correct medium green has the right look of a well-kept survivor, and the chrome bumpers carry a nice classic cruiser shine. And while the full black stripe package is sporty, it also has a clean and complete look of quality. So it's really just the shining rally wheels with raised white letter tires that give the big hint at the muscle car that lurks within.

The black interior goes well with all the ... Please ask for the full description.

The black interior goes well with all the back exterior accents. As a true cruiser, there's a good amount of space for family and friends, and just like the exterior, it never gets too fancy. It's just a comfortable environment with plush velour on the seats and a retro-style AM/FM/iPod stereo for cruising music. But what you'll appreciate most is that this has a driver-oriented setup. This means stock features like front bucket seats, an NK4 sports steering wheel, and a dash focused on you. There are also nice upgrades like the column-mounted tach, auxiliary readouts, and a Hurst floor shifter.

Under the hood is Chevy's hardy 350 cubic-inch V8. We love these because they love upgrades for serious power. This one has been built right with BluePrint aluminum heads, a Holley four-barrel carburetor, an Edelbrock intake, and Hooker headers feeding the dual exhaust and Thrush mufflers. You've also got good supporting components, like an electric fan on a toggle switch and Mickey Thompson finned valve covers. It's a strong runner with a nice rumble. And features like the subframe connectors make sure this one was built to handle any more power you may want to add. But when it comes time for just cruising, you'll appreciate the all-around easy driving features like a three-speed automatic transmission, power steering, power brakes, front discs, and wide Cooper Cobra tires.

This Nova has the right mix of a cool classic and plenty of power. So don't miss this deal, call today!
