BEAUTIFUL BUILD! FACTORY COLORS, 383 STROKER V8, AUTO, A/C, PWR DISC BRAKES, WOW

The whole package of this 1956 Chevrolet Bel Air looks vintage but with a modern twist. You see it in the factory-correct two-tone that has an updated glow, and the stylish interior now features cold-blowing A/C. Plus, you have proper small block power you love in a Tri-Five, but it's now a 400 hp unit.

The two-tone Dusk Plum and India Ivory represent the 1950s perfectly, and the trim tag tells us it's the factory-correct color combo. But you can also tell there's a superior luster on this one that's courtesy of a more modern respray. A two-tone arguably looks the best on the '56 Bel Air because it was the only time that harpoon there was of color running the full profile. And speaking of exclusive to '56, the grille is a great piece. Larger than '55, and sleeker than '57, you can easily recognize this model from a long way away. And with the full trim, bumpers, and all the emblems complete, this is a total package that's worth its weight in exclusive brightwork. But while this one looks like a time machine back to the 1950s, the polished 18-inch US Mags alloys, tinted windows, and wide dual exhaust tips give it a hint of street machine style.

The factory-correct two-tone Ivory and Charcoal also received investment during restoration to keep the iconic style and added real comfort. That means everything from the headliner to the steering wheel looks clean and correct. The button top design on the seatbacks, intricate door panels, and a bright dash with the sporty dual cowl design - it's all part of a thoughtful total package that makes this Bel Air so classily attractive. There are nice little details, like the seatbelts and added temp gauge to make this a better cruiser. And you just know the cold-blowing air conditioning makes it even more fun to roll down all the windows on this desirable hardtop and go cruising in the summer.

A VC-code Tri-Five Chevy like this introduced us to the now-legendary small block V8. So it's nice to see that kind of powerhouse still under the hood. But this one showcases the decades of progress that proved how upgradeable these motors are. We're told it's now a 383 cubic-inch stroker motor. And we can see it has been enhanced with Edelbrock E-Street aluminum heads, a performance intake, and topped with an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor. There are even nice supporting components like an MSD Ignition and an electric cooling fan. The upgraded V8 exhales with added power and rumble through long tube headers on their way to the dual exhaust. The full package is said to make an impressive 400 hp/425 ft-lb of torque, and it certainly feels that strong. The three-speed automatic transmission feeds into a 3.31 Positraction rear end for an ideal mix of comfort and confidence. And this Bel Air likes you to feel the road securely with new ZR-Rated tires and CPP four-wheel power disc brakes with drilled & slotted rotors.

This hardtop has the classic style you love, but the whole package is also upgraded to make it a terrific driver. That's the right recipe for those who like to be known all over town for their memorable icon. So if you want to really be seen, call today!
