SHARP SEDAN! 350 V8, TH350 AUTO TRANS, GREAT COLORS, COMFORTABLE INTERIOR

Great classic car restorations don't just happen, they're meticulously planned and executed, and if you get it right, the results are something like this 1956 Chevrolet 210 sedan. Yes, we know it has four doors, but look closely and you'll find an extremely well-built cruiser with room for the whole family and a vintage look that will turn heads everywhere it goes.

Any 1956 Chevy is a great-looking car, and this 210 4-door sedan wears the same sparkling trim as its 2-door siblings and wears it well. With twice as many doors, there are twice as many gaps to fit, twice as many doors to align, and two extra panels to sand and straighten, but the guys tasked with this job delivered in a big way. This car just looks awesome in the flesh, with glittering Onyx Black and India Ivory paint that shows off the vintage sheetmetal to great advantage. And the 4-door carries its own cool details, including the way the rear doors invisibly blend with the quarter panel, giving it the look of a sporty 2-door, as well as the decorative stainless trim at the base of the rear windows. This car also offers a lot of chrome (which was surely expensive to restore), plenty of stainless trim, and correct taillights ... Please ask for the full description.

Description

This car also offers a lot of chrome (which was surely expensive to restore), plenty of stainless trim, and correct taillights that always look like some kind of trick custom aftermarket piece. No matter how many doors it has, this is one great-looking car.

A four-door like this really shines when it's time to hit the road with some friends, with plenty of room for everyone. Stylish period-style upholstery helps to uphold the classic good looks, and wide benches fore and aft are all-day comfortable. And you'll undoubtedly hit the road frequently thanks to the many creature comforts this Bel Air offers, including a powerful heat/defrost unit under the dash and a Kenwood AM/FM/Cd stereo radio stashed away inside the glove compartment. Crisply rendered gauges look fantastic through the spokes of a color-matched factory steering wheel, and they kept it pretty OEM without even so much as an aftermarket temperature gauge under the dash. Recent black carpets protect the floors and insulate the cabin, door panels look great at the flanks, and the headliner is taut and beautifully finished. Out back, the spacious truck features a simple rubber mat, along with a full size spare tire and jack assembly.

Easy and reliable cruising was the goal, and with that in mind the restorers installed a 350 cubic inch Chevy V8, and it's topped with a Rochester Quadrajet 4-barrel carb and a polished aluminum intake manifold. There's plenty of flash under there, too, because you're going to want to take this one to the cruise night and open the hood, and you'll dig details like the chrome valve covers, chrome air cleaner, and blacked-out inner fenders and firewall. A TH350 automatic transmission offers quick reflexes, while the front end has sturdy control arms, shocks, and coils, while the stock rear end hangs on a set of upgraded shocks so this car always has just the right attitude. A dual Glasspack-style exhaust system sounds awesome, and although there aren't any power options this 4-door still feels great out on the road. Classic Cragar S/S wheels finish the slick look and wear 215/70/15 front and 245/60/15 rear BFGoodrich T/A white-letter radials.

Quite honestly, it's remarkable that someone built a 4-door that's this nice, but that also means you get a screaming bargain on a fully-sorted Tri-5 that's ready to cruise today. Call now!
