This is the car that's only supposed to exist in whispers and myths. It's a 2001 Chevrolet Camaro with the B4C police package. So while this coupe doesn't even look like a Z/28, it is in fact an extra-potent ex-police car that was made to be quick enough to catch just about any speeder on the road in its day.
This is a sleek, stealth machine like this is rarely made available to the public. In fact, while Chevy has always been a big cop car supplier, there were only a few hundred Camaro police packages (B4C) made at all in 2001. And this particular example is for the kind of person who loves a bit of covert ops. After all, this one looks like a standard coupe that's had standard care over its life. Black paint with a white pinstripe looks more like a V6 Camaro rather than a former North Carolina State Patrol pursuit vehicle. This didn't even have a light bar on top, so there are no holes in the roof. In fact, this one makes such a stealth first impression, it's great that the sale comes with all the right paperwork so that you can back up this car's story when/if you decide to reveal your true nature.
The interior continues the car's stealthy image, and the first impression here ... Please ask for the full description.

Description
The interior continues the car's stealthy image, and the first impression here is more like a loaded coupe. You have high-back bucket seats finished in a comfy cloth, and yours even power adjusts to the ideal position. There are desirable features like power windows, power locks, dual airbags, cruise control, electric rear defogger, the factory AM/FM/cassette stereo, cup holder center console, and cold-blowing air conditioning. Just like the exterior, there are very few signs of this car's law enforcement past. There are a few holes from where police equipment was mounted. And we like that the police-issue interior light is still mounted for display.
Under the hood is the correct fuel-injected 350 cubic-inch V8. This is where the Z/28 comparisons really start to be shown. The LS1 motor has the Z-car's 310 horsepower rating, and that's not even the whole story. This police package was equipped with a heavy-duty suspension, upgraded four-wheel disc brakes, and even a power steering cooler (all things that help during hot pursuit.) These even had larger alternators and improved cooling to make sure the cops could run all their equipment and kept their cars idling at the ready. Plus, power steering, a four-speed automatic transmission w/overdrive, and modern Goodyear Eagle tires mean this very collectible car is also ready for everyday civilian life.
The sale comes complete with the original window sticker, factory buildsheet, owner's manual, and breakdown of just how rare this pursuit coupe is. And now that you see it's affordable price, you know you have to be quick to grab this deal. Call today!!!
