Description

This 1964 Ford Falcon Convertible Spring Tribute is one hot set of wheels. The body style alone has great lines, and when you add the glossy red paint and rally wheels, it all comes together just right. The chrome bumpers and brightwork are all in good condition, including the tailpipes that stick out just the right amount. The body gaps and lines are straight and correct, and the front grille and rear accents finish the look nicely. The black convertible top is in great shape and looks good up, but with it down, that's where the real fun begins.

The interior has been assembled with care and looks outstanding. The seats and door panels are clean, well-fitted, and nicely color-coordinated. Between the front seats sits a semi-center console with cup holders for added convenience. The dashboard is very clean, featuring clear, easy-to-read factory gauges, with three auxiliary gauges mounted neatly under the dash. While the visible factory radio is not operational, it was retained for authenticity, and a Bluetooth receiver is discreetly mounted in the glove box. Aftermarket speakers, including custom kick-panel units, handle sound duties. The carpets, door jambs, and door seals are all clean and well-kept.

Under the hood is just as tidy as the rest of the car. Nestled between painted red inner fenders is a 260 cubic inch V8 Windsor small block finished in Ford Blue. Chrome Sprint valve covers and a stock-style chrome air cleaner sit atop a 2-barrel carburetor for a clean, period-correct look. Power is sent through a C4 3-speed automatic transmission to a stock-style rear axle. The front and rear suspension remains stock-style, while 15-inch rally wheels wrapped in BFGoodrich Radial T/A 205/60R15 tires sit at all four corners. Power front disc brakes, power rear drums, and dual exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers round out the package with confident stopping and a great cruising sound.
