This 1957 Ford F-100 has been restored to have a great classic look. But as you get closer, you'll see all sorts of interesting upgrades that were nicely integrated. The distinct paint, upgraded V8 power, interior features, and much more all reward those who love the details.

With just 700 miles on this since completion, this truck has a crisp look of well-done restoration. It also delivers on all the classic details, like mirror-like chrome bumpers, bright whitewall tires, and fresh lumber in the truck bed. So the first impression is a solid investment in getting this back to 1950s status. But there's more to see here. It has a lowered suspension for a hint of street-wise look. And the paint package is quite unique. Matte colors are popular with the modern set. This example has a quality and even application that loves to show off details like the ridges of the hood and the fender flares. But just in case people didn't first notice how special the matte paint is, the roof is actually finished in a deep and glossy red. The result is the kind of thing that will get people talking.

Those who know classic trucks love the big back window option seen here. It gives you a great wraparound glass look for both the front and the rear, and so it delivers plenty of sunlight into the airy cab. You can instantly see this was a thoughtful restoration by the amount of color coordination. The exterior red returns on the doors and dash; the white on the seats goes with the door inserts; and the tan carpeting coordinates with the sides of the seats and seatbelts. While this looks vintage, right down to the AM radio that's still on display, there are a few worthwhile upgrades. The two-tone steering wheel matches the interior while retaining a vintage style, and it's on a tilt column. And the Dakota Digital gauges are nicely integrated to deliver an upgraded view about what's going on in the engine bay.

Under the hood is a very tidy and open presentation that lets you get a good look at the motor. The ribbed Offenhauser valve covers give this a true old-school hot rod style. That's exactly what this motor is going for. The 292 cubic-inch V8 is a larger displacement offered later in the series. Plus, it has a mild cam and Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor to add extra power on top of the extra displacement. This has been built with care and an upgraded starter, so the motor fires up with ease. You'll love the low-tone rumble it produces out of the dual exhaust. The three-speed automatic transmission feeds a Ford 9-inch rear to give you an ideal balance of stout construction and easy cruising. This feeling is continued on more great driving features like power steering, power brakes w/discs up front, and an upgraded front suspension.

This is a fresh build with quality and distinctiveness in all the details. It's the classic for people who want their vintage experience upgraded without losing the soul. If that's you, call today!
