This 1976 Triumph TR6 is a true driver's car. It features an upgraded six-cylinder motor, sleek lines, a full interior, and plenty of investment everywhere to make it an outstanding way to enjoy the open road.
It's hard to go wrong with a dark green that, of course, will be called “British Racing Green” by everyone you meet. But more than just the right color, this nicely restored roadster where there was a good investment in an amazing shine and great body panels to showcase it. This was the final year for the TR6, and so this car closes the book on a great tradition of sleek British convertibles with rounded lines. So it's nice to have a car with great classic European sports car details - from the bright chrome bumpers to the luggage rack on that back that's perfect for a picnic basket.
There's just something extra alluring about a dark green exterior giving way to a crisp tan interior. So you know you'll love leaving the top down. This 1976 Triumph TR6 is a true driver's car. It features an upgraded six-cylinder motor, sleek lines, a full interior, and plenty of investment everywhere to make it an outstanding way to enjoy the open road.
It's hard to go wrong with a dark green that, of course, will be called "British Racing Green" by everyone you meet.
That's why it's also nice to have a well-invested interior. The bucket seats have clean/fresher upholstery, there's a real wood dash, and the whole presentation quite complete. Even the things you don't see have been properly done, like a new passenger window regulator installed earlier this year. The steering wheel and gearshift are in the ideal positions for a true driver's machine. Plus, the full set of Smiths gauges really lets you know you're driving a European sports car. And for those times when you get caught out in wet weather, there's a snug-fitting black vinyl folding roof underneath the matching boot.
Under the hood is a well-presented engine bay. There's a clean and tidy look that will make you want to show off this 2.5-liter inline-six. And the other reason why you'll be lifting the hood wherever you park is that you want people to see the upgraded Cannon intake that allows the fitting of a triple set of dual-barrel Weber carburetor. Yes, this TR6 is features a triple-deuce! Plus, we even have a large $$$$ receipt from earlier this year that features the carb rebuilt. It also included a new clutch and flywheel. So you have a strong-running motor that's control by a smooth four-speed manual transmission. The undercarriage photos even show fresher components on the fully independent suspension, so this one really drives with confidence. Add in power brakes and attractive redline tires, and you know this is the classic you want if you're a true driver.
The sale comes complete with maintenance receipts, handbook, car cover, and more. This has the look, investments, and upgrades you want, so you know this is an unbeatable deal. Call today!!!
